Over the past month we have been working with the team at Body Fit Training @trainbodyfit to shoot the videos for their new screen technology. The Body Fit Training methodology is one of the most advanced functional group training methods that currently exists in the health and fitness world. It takes a progressive strength and conditioning based approach towards training and includes elements that are essential for muscle growth and body adaptation. The thing that I like the most about this method is that they include major lifts (deadlifts/ squats/ bench) within the programming. These lifts are not limited to class/ pump bars which have a weight load restriction that can sometimes limit results.
